What we help with?

Pet export from Qatar. Relocating away from Doha? We manage export documentation through the Department of Animal Resources, coordinate rabies titer testing and destination requirements, and handle airline booking out of Hamad International.

Pet import to Qatar. Moving to Doha with a dog or cat? We handle the Qatar import permit, verify your documentation meets the Department of Animal Resources format, and arrange airport clearance and delivery.

Elite Privilege Pet Concierge. We travel with your pet from destination to destination.

Documentation and permit coordination. Health certificates, import and export permits, vaccination verification, microchip compliance, and destination-specific paperwork — reviewed before submission, not after.

IATA crates and crate guidance. Correct sizing, compliance checks, and advice on crate training before travel. Dogs and cats fly as checked baggage or cargo from Doha, so the crate matters more than most owners realise.

Airline and route planning. Route selection, airline pet acceptance, seasonal heat restrictions, breed policies, and connection planning.

Ground transport and airport handling. Collection, delivery, and airport coordination at both ends of the journey.

Each destination has its own requirements, and the differences are significant. Australia applies mandatory quarantine on arrival. The EU treats Qatar as an unlisted country, which adds a waiting period after rabies titer testing. The UK requires tapeworm treatment within a narrow window before arrival.
